Emery's job is about developing staff members who invest in our future world leaders: college students! Her role is to equip InterVarsity staff across the United States to serve students by building a team of partners who support the ministry in prayer, finances and service. Specifically, Emery coaches and trains staff and develops training curriculum and communication resources. She also works with their leadership team to determine best strategies to move the organizational funding forward.
